Please read carefully before using the WiFi Service provided through this website

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "End-user" or "You") and Locatenow FZE ("Locatenow WiFi", "Us", "We", or "Our") governing your use of wireless internet access through the Locatenow WiFi service (the “Service”).

Important Notice:

By joining and using the Service via this website, you agree to the terms outlined in this EULA, which will be legally binding upon you. This includes our Privacy Policy, referenced in Section 1.4, and the limitations of liability described in Section 5.

If you do not agree to these terms or to our Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Service. Please terminate the login or connection process immediately.

Agreed Terms

1. Acknowledgements

1.1 These EULA terms apply to your use of the Service, including any updates made to the Service in the future.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be provided via a link on the Service login page. You may be required to review and accept updated terms to continue using the Service.

1.3 If you are using a device that you do not own (such as a company device or a friend’s device), you confirm that you have obtained permission from the device owner. You and the device owner are responsible for any data or connectivity charges incurred while using the Service.

1.4 The terms of our Privacy Policy, available via a link on the login page, are incorporated into this EULA by reference and apply to your use of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that internet communications are never fully private or secure and that any data you send may be intercepted, even if encrypted.

1.5 By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of technical information about your device (including its hardware, software, and network configuration) for service improvement and delivery purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

1.6 The Service may utilize location data sent from your device. By using the Service, you consent to Locatenow, its affiliates, and licensees collecting and processing your location data to provide and improve location-based services.

1.7 The Service may contain links to third-party websites (Third-party Sites). Locatenow has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or your interactions with them.

1.8 Any phrases like "including", "in particular", or "for example" are illustrative only and do not limit the general scope of the related terms.

2. Grant and Scope of License

In exchange for your agreement to this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service, subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may use the Service free of charge as long as you accept these terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You must not:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates this EULA.
Engage in fraudulent, malicious, or harmful behavior, including hacking or distributing viruses.
Infringe intellectual property rights belonging to Locatenow or any third party.
Transmit, store, or share defamatory, offensive, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable material.
Interfere with, damage, or compromise the Service, its security, or other users’ experience.
Collect or harvest data from the Service or attempt to decrypt transmissions.
Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Send unsolicited emails (spam).
Upload or transmit files designed to damage software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
Invade others’ privacy or cause inconvenience, annoyance, or undue anxiety.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights related to the Service and underlying technology belong to Locatenow or its licensors. You are granted no rights other than to use the Service as permitted under this EULA.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied conditions, warranties, and terms are excluded.

5.2 Locatenow WiFi shall not be liable for losses caused by Service interruptions, failures, errors, or delays, including outages beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Locatenow WiFi shall not be liable if any third party:

Gains unauthorized access to your device or connection.
Destroys, damages, or alters your data or information we hold about you.

5.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or economic damages.

5.5 Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the Service immediately if:

You materially or repeatedly breach this EULA.
You violate the Acceptable Use Restrictions.

Upon termination:

All rights granted to you under this EULA will end.
You must stop using the Service immediately.
Termination does not affect any rights or remedies that have accrued up to the termination date.

7. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations under this EULA due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as network outages or third-party service disruptions.

If such an event occurs:

Our obligations under this EULA will be suspended for the duration of the event.
We will make reasonable efforts to resume the Service as soon as possible.

8. Other Important Terms

Transfer of Rights: We may transfer our rights and obligations under this EULA to another organization.
Your Rights: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this EULA without our written consent.
No Waiver: If we fail to enforce any right under this EULA, it does not mean we waive that right for the future.
Severability: If any part of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force.
Governing Law: This EULA and its subject matter are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Both you and Locatenow agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
